Afram, Inhaberin des Studios 1880 sowie bei Tony Rockoff. Pilates ist für mich das Beste,
weil es ein geistig anspruchsvolles und dabei körperlich besonders effektives Training ist. Es ist unglaublich vielseitig und macht mir jeden Tag Freude. Als Trainerin und als mein eigenes Training.
